Founded a startup and failed for the first time
As Kobe talked about leadership: "Serve don't lead."
【 SharingCar Inc. Co-founder / CTO 】
Due to communicative and competent, I was invited to be the co-founder after two months of cooperation. I led the team to build the app prototype within one month as the main executive and was selected by the “Sprint: Innovation and Start-Up” with great business model and prototype.
However, communication between co-founders didn't work out.
End of the Startup.
Before leaving, I talked to everyone in the team to get all the feedback I could. I really appreciated this opportunity and realized the meaning of leadership Kobe talked about: "Serve don't lead."

Due to SharingCar zero to one experience, I was invited to be the CTO of Comma. Responsible for software architect and iOS app, I led the team to build MVP within 6 months and now has more than 13k registered users. Comma was also featured in App Store for multiple times!
However, business model wasn't strong enough to afford the cost.
End of startup.
I was thankful for this experience, especially learning a lot about communicating between different era. It was never easy to make others understand what R&D team needed. I'd learned to speak in the language that others understand and always reach for a third better solution.
